We stayed here for a short weekend away in blackpool. We were greeted by a very friendly man at reception who told us about our stay, rules etc. The lobby and corridors look quite dated and somewhat clean, but I wouldn't say dirty either. The room was a good size and matched the overall dated looking theme. The bed was clean and reasonably comfy. The bathroom looked very old and did not look clean. The shower head was practically black with what I assume was mould. There was a very oddly placed canvas that was hiding several holes in the wall, I assume a previous guest got angry with the wall and punched it a few times... The room came with a good-sized TV and some bits to make a tea/coffee (but no milk). Our nights sleep was horrible. There was a pigeon nesting outside our window cooing constantly, and someone next door snoring loudly. At around 5am, there was a fast-paced banging noise as if someone was banging drums. We never found out what this was. The hotel has free street parking outside, however, limited spaces and is a short drive from the town centre with a tram link just over the road.

The experience myself and my daughter had at this hotel was truly remarkable... most friendliest and welcoming staff who helped us out prior to a other hotel canceling on us. The room was immaculate comfortable and very cosy and spacious. Had bath and shower in bathroom. It's a good walk away from city centre but that's what I wanted away from the hustle and bustle for a good night's sleep. Didn't want to leave but will definitely be booking again very soon was home from home ♥ 10/10 Also smells very clean and nicely decorated

Hotel is on the south shore but near enough for the centre. Regular tram service across the street will take you to Blackpool centre. The room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. It's very responsible priced. Our veiw was not sea facing but they do have them. Hotel has a lift. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Parking is right out side. We didn't have breakfast so I can't review the food side.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms were clean and all we needed. Staff on hand if you needed anything and on reception if needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also good and service again was friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel it has all you need for a stay in Blackpool. Our stay here was great, parking right outside, beach across the road, tram also across the road. Brilliant location.

!!!!SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID!!!!! I'd leave a zero if I could. This hotel has scammed two pensioners out of £200.00 My parents stayed here for one night and noticed the tv in their room 205 was broken in the top left hand corner. They assumed the hotel was already aware of this issue. The hotel has now claimed my elderly parents broke the tv, they have PROVIDED NO EVIDENCE to prove that the tv wasn't already broken before their stay. How many times have they pulled this scam before? My mother is also disabled so required the use of the lift. The lift shaft wasn't the sturdiest let alone the broken buttons in the lift. The hotel wasn't the cleanest, the carpets were filthy, very dusty and you can clearly tell its outdated. The breakfast was appalling which lead to my mother feeling very sick and unable to eat the "full English" that was provided. I think its an absolute disgrace that they can take £200 from elderly people without even notifying them of this. It was only when i checked the bank statement I noticed that an additional £200 had been taken WITHOUT consent. I will be taking this further including taking this to a small claims court along with sharing this with social media and scam groups.
