We stayed in the kensington suite, Well over priced, on top they charge £80 for a cleaning fee but when we arrived It was smelly, dirty and cigarette ends littered the back yard. The toilet was hanging off the wall as well as the sofa beds really stained and no sheets provided to lay on. Only reason i didn't give 1 star was because the bed was comfy.

Damaged dirty & damp! Left 3 days early & sasco was no help what so ever want to put the blame onto you & booking.coms no better . Wouldn't book with any sasco apartments false advertising

My daughter booked this dump for short break for the family from the 24th -til the 26th of aug 22...shower is unusable as it floods the living room.. the kitchen was filthy see from the pics.. flakey peeling paint on the walls holes in the doors.. toilet the bog roll holder was hanging off as was the towel holder.. the living room carpet was stained with god knows...the wifi is non existent.. and she paid £300 for this..im not a fussy person but i do expect some sort of level of cleanliness.. thank god there's a bloody good chippy at the end of the road ... we couldn't use the cooker and it was bloody discussing
