Stayed here while on vacation. Reasonable price room for Rome. Good location bar food places next door. Next to no noise. Bed was comfy decent size room, warm welcoming staff.

There are a lot of good things with this accommodation, starting with the AMAZING HOSTS. They are available to assist you in having a great experience there, including storing our luggage before and after our stay so we could take better advantage of our time in the city. The room itself is pretty well put together with nice amenities: mini-fridge, hairdryer, Smart TV. The hosts even drop by and leave you some pastries for breakfast, not to mention the comfortable kitchen (the kitchen is shared among the other couple of rooms in the general apartment) to have some tea or coffee. Then you have the location. You are staying within 15 minutes from the Colosseo and 20 minutes from the Fontana di Trevi, while staying within 10 minutes from the Termini (main) train station. The area is quite calm and this accommodation specifically (since they have other apartments in nearby streets) is pretty private and quiet.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with access to shared kitchen. This was a blessing because food in Rome has gotten really expensive. My daughter and I stayed in the smallest room. Some smart furniture from Ikea would have gone a long way and the bathroom could use some towel racks and mini shelves, as a suggestion. Things that were included that you will not normally find in a European hotel room are a mini-fridge, shared kitchen, shared patio space, unlimited access to espresso machine, and external shutters to keep out noise and light. The walls are thin but we had good neighbors. Not a place to stay if you have undisciplined children. Checking in was a little confusing because we were given the wrong telephone number on the confirmation email and the owners are not onsite. We did find the correct number posted outside of the residence but behind 2 locked doors: +393400795936 Security was good (4 separate keys to get into room). Truly a lovely experience for the price. Will opt for the bigger room next time.

Great location, good service but rather bad place to stay overall. Because this is located in an apartment split into three rooms, the walls are literally paperthin and so expect to hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors, despite opting for quiet room. There were also few smaller issues such as very little amount of shower gel or shampoo and water not getting down the drain in the shower.
