Not gonna lie. The accessibility is an issue because the hotel is not facing the main road but rather a small alleyway. But I'm giving them 5 stars because of the way they handled a recent incident where we lost valuable jewelry. We had thought we lost these items in the room and we reported it to them and the police. We have eventually found the said jewelry, and the staff at the hotel were helpful throughout the whole process. They were easy to contact and polite the whole time when we asked to see the CCTV video. Honest and helpful people in all.

Clean room and lots of space to do packing after big shopping. Walking distance to central world and platinum mall. There is also washing machine and dryer that you can use. You need to pay though. The hotel also provided a scale to weight your luggages. Finding the hotel the first time might be a bit difficult as you need to walk into the alley.

Nothing great about it other than helpful staff. Location is very convenient with various massage shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Rooms are moderate but poor maintenance. You can hear your neighbors talking if they raise their voice. My bed linen was not replaced at all during my 4 nights stay.

We stayed in Marvin Villa for a few days in early sept 2023. Stay was pleasant & staff were friendly, however our fridge was not working, & there was a strong mouldy smell coming from the bathroom ventilator. At the last day upon check out we decided to check for the brand of the pillows used as they were comfortable. The staff checked and said they had new pillows so we purchased them & carried them all the way back on the plane. Upon unpacking it from the plastic a couple of weeks later, we realised that BOTH pillow were not new, they were stained and were both discolored (different color from each other), also they were NOT the type of pillows that were used during our stay. Basically we spent 1600 baht on these "brand new" pillows that we had to throw away. Very upset & cheated.
