The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice. Definitely remodeled. They did a great job on the remodel and not just a paint job. Our room has a balcony which was nice to enjoy a morning coffee or late night beverage. It is close enough to walk to Bright Angel and El Tovar. The blue bus stops right in front and was very handy to get around the village.

Great experience and the price was not too expensive for the winter months. The area is decently lit, enough to walk around and see where you are going. I went during Winter so there was snow around but everything seemed well enough maintained for being at the grand canyon. The cafeteria was a little on the pricy side and the front desk receptionist sent us on a closed road we ultimately turned around at and just hit the normal winter visiting areas. Overall great experience though, I would just grab food at the town before entering the park. Rooms where clean and nice no complaints there for the price.

Loved it. Rooms were spacious super clean and updated. Same with the bathroom. Only downside for the bathroom is that it uses a sliding barn door so there is really very little privacy, you can hear (and smell) everything. But minor detail. The kitchenette was sufficient for us to make breakfast in the morning before going hiking. Location is great, 5mn walk to Bright Angel trail and the main Rim trail. Highly recommended!!

Nice place to stay in the Grand Canyon. Lots of building and room options. The main building has a food court with a diverse menu, from pizza to salad to barbecue and vegan options. The room we stayed in was nice enough especially being in the park. The bathroom was recently remodeled, they did a good job, not just a patch job. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the shower and at the vanity. The parking is close to the rooms. Elk and deer at your doorstep. Overall, enjoyable and satisfying. Again, it's in the park so you can't get any better without camping it.
