no matter parquet - we walked on PVC; TV a disaster; the fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty and moldy; the kitchen cupboards full of loose coffee powder, the chandelier full of dust, the silicone of the shower covered in mold; bathroom musty; The bed was a disaster: a huge gap between the two mattresses - absolutely unsuitable for couples; Dishes a hodgepodge; Among other things, there was only one dinner plate (for two people..?) and the other plate was hidden on the kitchen cupboard, full of coffee powder. Overall, not so nice. The pictures on booking.com suggest something better. The whole thing for just under €120/night - pretty steep.

DANGER!!!!!! Nobody responded when booking. We took extra care to ensure that we adhere to the booking guidelines such as arrival time etc. We arrive at night and there is no one there. Nobody answers the phone. The phone is even off!!!Absolute impudence. And when we wanted to cancel ourselves, they wanted to charge us an additional €200. After a long time back and forth, booking helped us and canceled the accommodation ourselves. You should be extremely careful. Unreliable, irresponsible, a mess and bottomless impudence. I wish with all my heart that the accommodation goes down the drain and the owners beg for food on the street. But at that moment I wish that I could walk past there and spit on the begging hand.

Everything is fine, only the 3rd floor is a very nice owner, there is a problem, he will sort out any inconvenience. Nearby there are shops, pubs, Pisa, etc.
