Great location right in the heart of the city and everything was in walking distance. Hotel rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint and the smell from the drains wasn't great but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were helpful and talked us through how to use the metro and the main lines to use to get around the city if we needed. I was concerned having read other reviews but it is a 3* hotel and it served its purpose.

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the area and good tourist spots to see, and cheap spots to grab some baked goods! AC worked most of the time, and room price was only slightly more than a hostel room, definitely worth it! And good location too

Picked it for the location. We got there and the shower was moldy - and it looked like maybe there had been water damage in other parts of the room too? The room smelled super funky. I pretty much immediately started having an asthma attack. I tried to get a different room - I have never asked for this at any other hotel, but this was BAD bad. They had nothing for the night but offered to let me pay for an upgrade the next day. The worst part? My room was prepaid. They wouldn’t give me a refund. So I overpaid for a room in a building that’s in rough shape, and all I got was an asthma attack. Now I need to find a hotel that won’t kill me.
