Nice hotel, nothing memorable. Got a quiet room, which really was pretty quiet but it did mean we were facing an alley. Good to know if you care about a view. The room was small, but pretty clean. There were toothbrushes and stuff. Lots of tiny ants in the bathroom. The TV was broken when we checked in late. They replaced it the next day. Great location. About a 10-25 min. walk from almost everywhere we visited. Right next to a nice park. The included breakfast was fine, and changed a bit from day to day. Front desk staff were friendly. I wouldn't be opposed to staying there again. It's cheaper than some nicer options. I'd likely look for other options first to see what else is available.

What problems I had were immediately addressed. The staff is very good! Location is perfect! Cheap beer in the lobby! Staff can give helpful information and advice, like best places to exchange money or where to get a great haircut 😉

We would not recommend this hotel at all, will definitely not go there again and don’t understand why it has 3 stars. First of all, ants and flies populate the room (at the last morning, we also detected a caterpillar I called “Huey”, a nice guy though). Our multi-legged friends visited us in the bathroom, the bedroom and even the bed. There were spiderwebs at the walls and in the closet. Also the joints between the bathroom tiles were dirty and there was mold in the sink and at the bathroom ceiling. The glasses provided for the toothbrushes were dirty. The towels and bedsheets had stains and there were holes in the bedsheets. The walls also had stains and the curtain was dirty. The fridge / “minibar” was empty, but because of the small stains of mold inside, I guess that’s maybe for the best. Roomservice did change the towels left on the floor, but I guess had no eye for other details, e.g. when the soap was gone. The same piece of dirt behind the bathroom door I detected when we checked in was still there when we checked out three days later (and will probably stay there to see Hueys complete growth into a wonderful butterfly). At the breakfast buffet, we met our small friends again, the ants and flies were apparently also hungry and visited the restaurant with us. The Juice was made of powder. The “warm” dishes were cold, because they didn’t put something to keep them warm underneath, and the tables and mats on it were sticky and also stained. The toilets next to the restaurant area were really dirty and no soap or opportunity to dry your hands was provided. Overall, we used the experience to harden us for our next stay in a bamboo hut in the jungle of Mekong Delta. Sadly, nearly all of the things I mentioned above could be avoided if the hotel paid just a little more attention to detail, cleanliness and hygiene. Yet it seems like they have no interest in the comfort of their guests.

Our room is generally okay. There's a large stain on the wall. Guests have to ask for hand towels because there were none in the room. One of the housekeepers didn't replenish the toiletries and gave us stained all-over bedding. The breakfast buffet is limited and cold except for the egg & soup station. There's no fresh juice but powder juice. There's always short of coffee cups. The hotel location is very convenient, steps away from Bùi Viện street, less than 2 km from Bến Thành market, near many bus stops and bus station that can take you to anywhere in the city. Staff was pleasant & helpful to us.
