The Bosphorus view from our room was so amazing! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!! The location is convenient since it’s close to the light train station. The staff members were so kind and warm. I didn't tell them the day was my birthday but they secretly prepared a birthday cake for me🥹This surprise truly made my birthday so special and unforgettable 💓Thank you guys sooooo much !!

Never got to use this lovely hotel. They did the can not process credit card sceme, pay now. I know the card can be processed, like other hotels have been able to do. They just wanted to get the money in front. Why even offer pay later option then. Really was looking forward to visit this hotel, but now will choose another.

This is an amazing hotel in the heart of old city of Istanbul. Very walkable and close to Istanbul landmarks including the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque 15 away. Even if you want to walk to Karaköy towards the Galata Tower it may be less than 40 mins depending on your pace. Check In process was quick and easy, although our Uber driver dumped us far from the hotel which was the Uber Drivers fault! Staff was very accommodating including the bellman who helped me get my luggage up and down to the car. The Bellman also helped me get a toothbrush and ice right away while I had breakfast, which I was very thankful for this. The Bellman worked really hard accommodating us. Front staff was very helpful with giving recommendations around the area where we can visit and eat especially where we can buy beer! Yes we can't get enough with beer. The rooms were very comfortable and clean housekeeping cleans and replenish very well. Breakfast was hot and fresh serving different varieties. I would definitely come back to The Meg Hotel and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at MEG. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, the service is good, the room is clean and we even had a view of the harbor. Breakfast was also outstanding, beyond our expectation! It's close to all the attractions, the ferry, electric tram and the Metro. Despite that, it's quiet! We will want to come back to stay when we are in Istanbul again. Highly recommend this place!!!

I recently stayed at the Meg Hotel in Istanbul and I have to say that every aspect of my experience was outstanding. The staff, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would like to extend a special appreciation to Mr. Gökalp and Mr. Andre, who were both exceptional in every way. They provided me with invaluable insights into the local area and culture. Their communication skills were outstanding, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend the Meg Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The staff's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional service make it a truly exceptional place to stay. Thank you again to Mr. Gökalp and Mr. Andre, and to the entire Meg Hotel staff for a wonderful experience.
