As much as I would like to give this place good ratings I really can't. However it is situated in very good location (the supermarket or town isnt far away) but there aren't any nice views. Some of the rooms are small, smelled funny and felt a bit conjested. Some rooms have 2 beds and board floors. The sheets on the bed were a bit stained. There is an AC unit that works fine and a fan. They have old fashioned televisons in the living room area. In the kitchen of the downstairs area there is a stove that doesn't work well and also unpleasant looking utencils. The bathroom area is okay (there is hot and cold water only in the shower).There are also loads of mosquitoes. If you are thinking of using this Inn walk with insect repellant. The wifi sucks in the downstairs appartment. Overall it is not the best Inn but it's safe and liveable.

Melbourne Needs to upgrade their services, the rooms are out dated and AC makes alot of noise for their rates. Yes it's convenience to where all the lime is at. Once upgraded this place will get 4 and 5 stars
