Stayed here 2 nights before cruise, for some reason we were given a room with adjoining door which I’d normally expect if you were a family or at least friends? Anyway kept awake with next door snoring and then at 4am their alarm going off. Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well or would have complained but having travelled 24hrs from Uk I was too exhausted. Location was great staff friendly lovely breakfast but the room should never be given to unrelated parties. Shame

Check in process was a nightmare. Reached the hotel at 2pm and waited the room for 90 minutes. I was informed by the reception staff that they will give me a call once the room is ready. However, I had to approach the reception to ask about the readiness of the room. No service recovery apart from being offered one hour late check out. Reception staff had the audacity to ask what do we want in return. Service needs to be improved. Just an advice, you can offer some complimentary snacks or drinks to the guest waiting for their room. And, just a reminder that there are no complimentary parking in this hotel. Thankfully, they provided parking at a discounted price.

Excellent location and nice hotel. Some amenities in the room are old and needs to be replaced E.g. TV is too small and old, almost non existance. Bathroom vanity mirror is hanging lossely so be careful till it dropped. Breakfast buffet is too boring with 1 change of fried noodles only. The other dishes are not warm enough therefore I wouldn't recommended buying room with breakfast. I think you will have a better breakfast elsewhere nearby. Other than mentioned above, the hotel facilities and service is great.
