Hidden gem in Napoli! 😍 We are so glad we chose Cellamare- we had the room on the second floor with balcony and jacuzzi, and it was the best hotel I have tried in Italy yet! The staff is very friendly and helpful, always available in case of something! The room is big and much nicer and higher standard than others! The location is also PERFECT - I honestly don’t have anything bad to say! Definitely choose Cellamare for your next Napoli stay 😍😍😍

If you think about clean, forget about this place! We have put 1 star ONLY because the receptionnist has been very kind!! The place is well located BUT: We arrived in a dirty room - booked suite panoramic ( hair in shower, hair in sauna, very smelly jacuzzi) Also, no proper shower gel , no nespresso caps, no tea ( but a water boiler...for what??) Highly over priced for the service provided We will not come back and not recommend!

Hotel is advertised as Suite & Spa, Spa was used as a storage room and unavailable for use (probably just as well considering the smell), loud music from the flats above every morning. Not even a kettle in the room. I would suggest changing name to Cellamare Hostel! Strongly recommend to stay away.

Located in Via Chiaia, Cellamare Suite and Spa is close to all the main attractions of the city, including Piazza Plebiscito, Il Palazzo Reale, I Quartieri Spagnoli, Via Toledo and the Lungomare. I stayed here 3 times and will continue doing so on every visit to Naples. Salvatore, the manager, has been extremely kind to us every time we’ve been to Cellamare. He has always been very helpful with suggestions about tours out of Napoli and the best restaurants in the city. To sum up, Cellamare Suite and Spa provides you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy all that Naples has to offer. I highly recommend it!

Loved Cellamare Suites! All of our requests were accommodated! We were picked up at the airport, they met us downstairs and carried all of our bags to our room and were available 24/7 for any questions. The room was beautiful, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a cute little balcony overlooking all of the shops. Our room had a beautiful large jacuzzi as well. The location was excellent, in the middle of everything. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also had something happen where my husband left a bag in our room and we didnt realize until we were at the airport. Salvatore, the owner of Cellamare Suites was communicating with me back and forth and he was able to get our baggage back to us and didnt ask for anything in return which was extremely kind. I would highly recommend Cellamare Suites for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city in a fabulous luxurious suite and a great price. I would without a doubt return here!
