My wife and I got back last night from a weeks holiday at meltemi village and the first thing I have to mention about the hotel is the staff. They must be the most genuinely friendly hotel staff where we have stayed,from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The reception team, the breakfast and bar team and all the cleaners and grounds people who keep the place spotlessly clean but a special mention to the lady on reception with the dark hair and glasses I really should have got her name, the hotel itself is so relaxing with a great pool, very nice breakfast and pool bar area, a nice breakfast selection, our room was very nice with terrace, the hotel location is very good next to plenty of shops restaurants and bars and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach with a long promenade lined with more shops restaurants and bars but with a relaxed atmosphere. We are booking for the same time next year

The best hotel I have ever stayed at because of the staff. The hotel itself is amazing too - clean, beautiful, great facilities etc. BUT the staff were just amazing. I wish I had asked for names so I could mention them all individually. I traveled with two young children who were treated so well. They were treated just like guests where most of the time children are ignored. This made a huge difference for their experience. Special thanks to Bogdan for the free ice cream when the girls moods started to dip and for the handstand demonstration! Just a lovely guy and an amazing team. Stop reading reviews and just book your stay!

Beautiful rooms, lovely, lovely staff! I have so much to say, the team is fantastic, everyone is so welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and stylish, i will miss the breakfast potatoes, seasoned with rosemary and mustard i believe? We booked through Tui for the end of the season as a b&b so we could eat at other places on the island, and loved the fact that the hotel has eco values, such as the recyling bins at the front, close to the lobby. The location is fantastic as its a very short walk from the beach, close to Nick the Greek's car rental, and there are loads of places to eat in the evening, we have been to sirroco a few times this week, and tranquillo is a fabulous veggie beach restaurant. There are plenty of sunbeds arranged around the pool which is lit up at night, and a suntrap during the day, some of the sunbeds you can tell have been a little more used than others but nothing to complain about! We had a superior room which features a mini fridge and tv, the tv wasnt used much but the fridge kept our water cool, which we bought from the mini mart up the road. The bathroom is stylish and smart, but does get a bit wet due to the rain shower, so pop the bath mat down before showering to reduce the risk of slipping. We bought a lovely bottle of red from the market and one of the receptionist girls grabbed us two wine glasses so we could enjoy this on our balcony overlooking the pool in the evening. On our last evening the cleaners arranged the towels with two swans and the bourganvillia leaves which was a lovley touch, the guy with the bandana always asked us our plans for the day during breakfast and one of the guys on reception gave us a printed copy of the bus times and explained how they worked. We really will miss the staff here, thank you so much for adding to our stay, and making a once in a lifetime holiday all the more magical!

We had a great stay here, great price for the room and they gave us an upgrade when we arrived. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, but mostly the staff were so lovely. They made everyone comfortable and always had a smile. When we moved into our next hotel I had forgotten a T-shirt and a denim jacket and they kindly drove it to my hotel for me, service 5 stars!
