I was disappointed with this hotel, and it was the worst hotel in my whole trip. The first room I stayed in had lots of issues: The hairdryer was not working. The door was not locking. There was a horrible smell coming from the toilet. I complained, and they changed me to another room which was much smaller, and also had a sewage smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is very limited and not in line with the money I paid for the room. You would expect 4-star treatment and end up with 2-star facilities. I would never stay here again. There are much better hotels nearby at lower prices. Also they don't provide free water in the room. This is the only hotel in my East Europe trip that failed to provide free drinking water in the rooms! For 4 stars hotel it lacks a lot of hospitality features.

The hotel is under renovation which means that the only food you could get was breakfast. No lunch, no dinner and definitely no room service. The cleaners came around 2 pm one day (of five) and the other days after 3 pm. I expect my room to be cleaned by 3 pm. Some colleagues didn't even get their rooms cleaned one day. The staff is friendly. I do hope the reception will moved to what was it's former place since you now have to walk the stairs to the first floor to reach the lift. I have no idea if there is a lift to the breakfast room. At the moment this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hopefully it will become one...

Nice athmosphere with many jazzy symbols in a retro style. But there is something when you get in the hotel through one of the most unpropriate doors for this kind of place. At the same time there is a ugly weired hall from reception desk to the lift without any particularity. The rooms are comfy and standard for the hotel stars, norhing to say about this but nothing to appreciate as well. Just there is nothing jazzy in the rooms. Not any items to remember that we are in a jazzy hotel. I liked the athmosphere from the ground floor where is a small and cozy restaurant where is served breakfast as well. Nothing to say about services as well only it is standard.
