The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and everything delicious. The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large however the single bed was a bit small and the mattress was too hard for my taste. The closet was spacious and the safe very easy to use. The thermostat either was not working properly or the temperature was not allowed to be set at will because it went down always to 22 degrees and the first night we were a bit cold (we stayed in December); the second night we increased the fan power instead of the degrees and it was warm at the expense of being louder. The bathroom was filled with amenities including a nice pair of sleepers.

Away from city centre and airport. But thanks for the hotels shuttle bus I didn't have problem reaching the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of tasty Italian delights. Meeting rooms were big clean and chairs were comfy. Rooms spacious warm but somehow old. A renewal is needed. Lots of dust at the shelves and Tv. Bed & pillows comfy. Bathroom spacious but could use a revival. Driver of the bus was very very fast and furious. Overall experience good.

Unclear if it is a 4-star hotel. The rooms are average and indeed, in need of maintenance and refurnishing. The floors are squeaky and you can hear continuously the trolleys of the cleaning staff. The bed was not for two people but two beds put together, which was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, with many options, and the service very nice and friendly. The location is far away from anything. I would not say it is a residential area (as they claim), it was more like a bad/sketchy neighborhood (I found the bus going to Eur Fermi usually full with strange - who knows, maybe dangerous - characters).

This is a clean property. I only stayed one evening as I was passing through. I was in transit to the airport which was a very easy 20 minute drive. It was priced well and it offered a parking garage. The hotel itself was clean, the room was small and average. The STAFF WAS FABULOUS. Very kind and curtious. I would recommend. I cannot comment on the actual location as I did not go anywhere from the hotel. The area around the hotel was more residential and the streets were quite dirty with litter. I do travel with a service animal and the area was fine for walking the dog. There is a Posteitaliane just a few blocks to the right where I got some Euros. Easy access and I recommend.

Service was very good overall. The rooms itself can definitely have some improvement. The 1st room we got was very smelly (humid). The second room was much better but it still looked like the rooms and hotel overall are old. The hotel is quiet far from the city center of Rome. Expect to pay around 35 to 50 euros to get to the city center and same to come back (taxi / uber).
