Arrived this evening for a business stay. Upon arrival was greeted by two very polite and friendly members of the reception team. Nothing was too much trouble. Used the gym which was empty and equipped with everything u could need - just how I like it. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was greeted by waiter Sam who was very friendly and super efficient. Food was absolutely amazing. Location is superb for central Manchester.

I had to change rooms as my first room had some sort of extractor going (possibly to get rid of the smell of someone smoking) and the window was open despite it being -2 outside so it was freezing. Rooms were basic but clean. The best part of my stay was the breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional, so much so I asked for the staff names (Ben, Neil, Rose and Abbie). They were all so attentive, professional and best of all, cheerful.

Great welcome upon arrival and allowed us to check in early. We were provided a glass of prosecco upon arrival as well as a complimentary drink at the bar later. All the staff at check in were friendly and bubbly with great energy. The rooms were fine in size and clean. Breakfast by Maisie and Rose was fantastic. Really helpful and efficient. Great customer service who went above and beyond to make our breakfast enjoyable and fun. Maisie does brilliant Lattes just FYI. Overall my first stay at this hotel in the city and its been brilliant. Would stay again and its perfectly located in the city with the tram and bus stops right outside the entrance of the hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of being served by Sam during our recent dining experience, and we must say, he truly exemplifies what exceptional service is all about. From the moment we entered, Sam greeted us with a warm welcome and guided us to the best seat with a great view. Throughout lunch, his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were evident. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service.
