Wonderful! Room is clean and localization couldn't be better right beside the Arc! Receptionists André and Gabriela are brasilians, very friendly and supportive if any assistance is needed. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Using this hotel when I come in Paris , small hotel but great location in quiet street - staff very nice and room very clean - breakfast is simple but fresh and good quality. To make it short this hotel is nice and I do recommend it

Very comfy clean room with a kettle / china mugs, proper wardrobes, aircon you can adjust / turn off, a window you can open. Nice toiletries (note you only get body/hair gel combo in Classic rooms though). Decor throughout is recent / modern. Adequate breakfast choices in fairly spacious area, but no non-dairy milk/yoghurt alternatives evident. Pleasant staff. Heads up, the 'room service' is deliveries from a few local eateries that are within easy walking distance. Conclusion -having tried a number of 3 / affordable 4 star hotels in this area for business trips recently, I'd recommend this one.

I had a good stay but I was definitely expecting more from a 4-star Mercure Hotel. The room was small as everything in Paris but it had all you needed. Bathroom was super nice. Check in was a little tedious, elevators took super long to use, breakfast was the worst experience, very insufficient food, no choice at all and my nightmare… NO CAPUCCINO! 😞 Hopefully they will take this into account a add it to the breakfast (which btw costs 19€).

The AC was working on heat on a summer night without the possibility to switch it off. AC control was locked & unchangeable in the room. I called the reception but the person who is covering the night shift didn’t speak neither good English or French. They barely understood the issue and said they don’t know how to control the AC until the morning shift person arrived. I barely slept all night. Next day, I ask the morning receptionist to fix AC issue for me. Barely spoke English or French too. Switched the AC to cold from the reception. Again, later on I recognized it was getting too cold so I went to the reception requesting to either turn it off or give me control. They didn’t know how to do it. They said they ll leave a note to the next person who knows how to, but the note was not left and the following person didn’t know to stop it. I had to sleep in probably (-) in the room. I promise it was as cold as a fridge. I got really sick at night because of it. I have a severe cold and I was trying to get to a clinic to see a doctor to get antibiotics since Pharmacies only sell antibiotics with prescriptions. A nightmare. After many complaints I was given a new room, which was still small and basic. I gave my clothes on a Saturday morning and asked to wash them, and to give them back to me latest Monday morning since I need them to work for Tuesday. Of course they weren’t ready. I asked the girl to call on Monday evening and bring back my clothes as I ve got nothing to wear anymore. She said she ll call and leave a note for me in the reception. Of course, she left for her shift without leaving a note or doing anything. I am checking out in one day to leave the country and I might have to all my clothes in Paris because of it. The hotel is a CATASTROPHE. Don’t get swooped by the over 4* reviews, I assure you the Price vs Quality ration is veeeery BAD!! Don’t get yourself SCAMMED. DON’T STAY THERE
