Today we arrived and left our bags at 11.30am. Our daughter became terrible sick after our travel and the staff could not have been more friendly, caring, accommodating and supportive for us. The accomodation is wonderful and we thank the hotel for their kindness and support. Would recommend for families. Wonderful location and facilities.❤️

The location is the best. Near train station and surrounded by plethora of restaurants / food stalls. The room is good, we are in level 29. The only problem, however with the room is the bathroom. The door from the shower can't properly closed which allows water to flow and leak outside the shower. Hopefully, they can fix this.

Family suite presents nice in Web site photos. Disappointed are as follows: No exhaust fan in bathroom, only one basin per bathroom, room serviced once a week, poorly equipped kitchen, no luggage stand, if you happen to have a room near the garbage disposal room - beware the smell !!!. The worst thing was we were on the 53rd floor the noise coming up from strert level was ridiculous the windows 🪟 are not insulated very hard to sleep 😴 till street noise calms down by 2 - 3am. Not a good hotel location wise. In saying this staff is very nice. Sorry.

I stayed here from 16 to 21 November. The location was ideal and the reservation price was reasonable. We had a Darling Harbour view apartment. The staff provided us with excellent service from reception, room service and house keeping. I would like to thank Courtney and her manager for assisting us with an issue early on during our stay. However, I would like to bring to managements attention that they need to upgrade their amenities and also work on the cleanliness of the rooms. I found the bathroom was a bit mouldy, the dishwasher didn’t work and there was a used face towel under the bed left behind by previous tenants. The bed creaked each time you would move slightly or turn. Parking should be cheaper if you’re a guest. Also the wait times for the lift were a bit ridiculous with the lift allocation system. Overall however the whole experience and stay at Meriton suites Kent street was lovely and we gave it a higher rating mostly because of the service we received.

We stayed 6 nights in a 1bedroom altitude apartment which was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Location is great, close to 2 train stations, LR stop around the corner and bus stop not very far. All staff we encountered we friendly and obliging. Loved the lifts, we never had to wait moe than a couple of minutes for one. Lovely pool even though too cold and spa on 15 th floor.
