It’s a shame we didn’t get her name but the receptionist lady was just beyond our expectations, so friendly and funnily enough, the nicest person we’ve met in Europe. It truly made our day and the room, including the bathroom, is clean so it’s been a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable stay

This was such a nice place to stay after a long travel day to Rome. When we arrived we were greeted with fresh coffee and pastries from the staff. The staff was so nice and wanted to know about our travels thus far and experiences we had. They were very helpful in finding good places to eat, in the very centralized location of the hotel. It was such a good experience for our first time in Italy and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying again!

This place is pretty central to a lot of attractions and walking distance to groceries, bakeries, pizza and coffee shops. The staff are great and made for a great experience. Shout out to Lisa for being friendly and super helpful. The continental breakfast was good for our needs.

Came to Rome for the first time as a surprise for my birthday from my partner. I couldn’t of been happier with the location and the room! The staff are so lovely and helpful! Helped us arrange taxis to the airport and anything we needed they spoke to us on WhatsApp. Breakfast was included and was gorgeous.The staff made us have such a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.
