The hotel is very clean and very well located. We could walk nearly everywhere from it and the staff was really nice. We had a problem with our original room and they changed us to a different one without an issue. The only thing I would not be happy about was the breakfast. We booked this hotel through Destinia back in May and we had booked it with breakfast. When we arrived the breakfast quality wasn’t what we would have expected. Which is a shame and it’s why I can’t give 5 stars that I otherwise would have given. The room was lovely, staff was wonderful and super attentive and location was brilliant.

Dealing with the front desk staff was an absolute nightmare… The rooms were disgusting, offered 10 different rooms and they ALL had mould in them Refused a refund completely and were sat there for 4.5 hours trying to get a refund as there was no way that place is sleepable. Disgusting.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Our first time In Rome and we could not be more happy. The place was updated and very clean. The elevator is small so we took the stairs almost always. Close enough to termini station for us to walk with our big roller bags without any issues. A stones throw always from SEVERAL nice restaurants and cafes. About 15 min walk to the Colosseum. The included breakfast was a bit better than a typical American continental breakfast in my opinion with a hostess and a cappuccino and espresso service. Getting around the city to other places was easy with the “Free Now” app (like Uber in America). We would stay there again!

We had been here for 5 nights, it was a good experience after all. First of all the location is good, it's too close to Santa Maria Basilica, close to Termini and many good restaurants. You can walk to Colosseum, Trevni etc. Rooms are good but we have to change twice. Our first room was in the first floor number 104 and staff room just next to our room. It was so noisy. Breakfast area it just above us and we have to woke up 6am for 2 days. The receptionist i guess his name Martin he is so helpful. He changed our room quickly. Breakfast is the main problem. Whole hotel has to eat all together in a small room. There was just a girl who made breakfast, washing dishes and making coffee. She can't handle crowded and she cried in the front of the customers. This hotel has a great potential but they didn't use it. Breakfast including only dessert, bread, cheese and egg, (if you lucky you can get it) and coffee. No fresh fruit, no olives, if u have diabeties you will stay hungry. So after all it was a good, if you don't wait to much you can stay.
