Very nice hotel to stay in. Room was spaces and had everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. They had basic English which was sufficient to communicate without problems. It was definitely a pleasant stay in Metropolitan Hotel Taksim. I can recommend it to anyone.

I spent 4 days at the Metropolitan Hotel. The service, breakfast and cleanliness were at a high European level. I highly recommend it. Truly ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 . I will definitely come back again

Rooms are nice. Beds are fine, bath room is nice - enough space. Room has enough space for your clothes and luggage. But staff does not really speak anything else than turkish - at an international hotel. Absolutely insufficient English, French, Italian, German. Not even able to organize cabs/taxis. The excuse: "We do not have an agreement with a taxi company." Surrounding area is nothing but ugly. Houses in the neighborhood are good for demolition. You have to respect; They don't serve alcohol. Night ends at 5:45h because of the morning call of the muezzin.

we stayed around 10 days in this hotel and we can say that the experience was a success. Firstly, my wife and daughter arrived 03 days before me and my other son...the cordiality, support and attention with them was the differential. so when we arrived it was no different, cordiality and promptness happened at all times when needed or even when we left or arrived at the hotel as for the rooms, nothing to point out.. they were always clean, well-groomed and stocked. as far as breakfast is concerned, kos served perfectly, well-organized food and clean facilities I leave only my congratulations to the entire team of employees for the excellent service
