Very comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and well serviced with adequate toiletries. Staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make the stay pleasant. Girls at the front desk are efficient, courteous and willing to assist wherever possible. Great location and would certainly stay there again. This is my second visit to the hotel

Mr.KIRAN , need of the hour of all hotels. Can be appointed as HR manager. So that no one will visit again. One of the worst food service. Location super good. No value for money. No service. Worst ever breakfast. Pay money and eat outside. They purposely keep food that , we can’t eat. But if you are a guide , u are treated well So plan and think again. Awesome location , worst service.

facilities and rooms are good. services wise they need to improve. buffet breakfast is good. you'll get some Indian dishes for breakfast everyday. for shopping, hanifa mall is at just 10 steps on same side of the building. you can even find some local shops near by for shopping and dinner

Overrated hotel that's in a crowded area filled with Jewellery stores and one super market next to it. Metro station is also far from this location to walk. Staff at reception are arrogant, house keeping is only available in the morning, breakfast taste is less than average, live counter in breakfast is for one item only and the cook says take one piece and won't serve another unless you get back in the queue. If you take early checkin, they charge money but don't do any room service saying it's only in morning. You end up using the same towels the next day also. Rooms are small, only two lights with same switch. Bathroom has only one light near washbasin and no light near shower. This hotel is running only because of travel agencies, there are so many other accommodations available near metro stations with better facilities and better behaved staff at same or even less price. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you don't have an option.

The Staff behaviour is pathetic. The person in charge of the food (at the time of our visit - 31st Aug -3rd Sept) is as arrogant and as rude as they come. I have no idea how someone with his behaviour is in charge of customer interaction. The reception staff were also asking us to pay the tax that our booking agency hadn't paid due to some technical issue. They have a long standing relationship, so they should know the agency would have paid sooner rather than later. Yet they made us wait for around half an hour before giving us the room. The food quality was decent but the taste was very poor. Of the 3 days, we had breakfast only one was half decent and other 2 was very bad. The room cleanliness and the maintenance seems to be pretty good and the location is pretty good as well. So once they change the reception staff, the person in charge of food, it should be a much much better experience for anyone who stay there. Untill then, probably a BIG BIG NO !
