Just checking out of the hotel right now, and I would like to say that my stay here has been nothing short of pleasant. My main concern while booking was the Wi-fi, which exceeded my expectations. It was fast with a strong signal at all points in the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was super courteous and polite, especially Thuong, Anh and Van. They are eager to help you out in any way they can, and will also be happy to give you helpful tips about the area. They even assisted me with a late checkout upon my request. The location is just far enough from the main street that there is no noise in the rooms. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, and even a small mall with restaurants. Would definitely be staying here again if I come back to Hanoi.

Typical scam. Agoda shows reservation as 1 night. when you come to the hotel they insist that it's 3 hours stay room. keep away of tricky hotel

Modification and Reschedule Policy
