Because of COVID, the hotel was practically empty. I don't think there was a single other guest in the hotel. But they did not skimp on Services because of this. We had a small problem with the heat in our room and they fixed it immediately with a new room. Due to COVID regulations, they do not allow people in the dining area any longer, so they let us order breakfast and they brought it straight to our room. This hotel is directly across the street from the US Embassy which is why we were there and it was very convenient. They shuttled us to and from the airport and took excellent care of us. I would happily stay there again.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly towards English-speaking guests. The rooms are not extraordinary, but they are passable and are always kept clean. The front desk was able to help make change for cash, book taxis (grab), and suggest places to eat and tour. Very friendly.

As with all buildings, poorly maintained. The larger more expensive rooms face the noisy main street. Cheaper ones some have no windows leaving my colleague traumatised. I was put up at the 9th floor. If it ain't the traffic, You can hear the workers talking to one another from 5.3oam onwards really loudly (shouting competition?) I could also hear AND SMELL every thing that was going on in the kitchen. The chopping of food, frying of eggs, everything. Staff are OK. Take note that Lang Ha street doesn't allow taxis and grabs at peak hours in the morning and afternoons to evenings and as a business traveller this was incredibly inconvenient to have to walk out of the zone to take a taxi. Cleanliness level OK.
