It’s our first time and I loved it. My partner and I enjoyed ourselves here because of its cleanliness and the spacious room. The location is great and parking was easily available just right outside and at the basement. We did put on DND but they rang us up in the afternoon to check if we needed anything (only requested for water) & their service was prompt. I thought that was really thoughtful of them. No complains at all. Just overall a super fantastic stay for us! Will definitely be back next time I visit KL!

We arrived late and the restaurant was about to close but still entertained our order and we were able to savor every bit of it. The room was clean and absolutely comfortable, although i am surprised they kept the AC on despite us not being there. Anyhow, the interior was perfect, had an iron to do clothes, coffee and green teas helped. The front desk person was very helpful in making our stay very comfortable. Thank you for this.

my family have a wonderful stay. location is good. free parking. staff is friendly an helpful. Breakfast item is limited , taste is good. room is spacious but smell abit wood musty. overall is excellent and will come back.

The hotel is definitely well and strategically located. Walking distance to the LINC KL where you could find some good restaurants and Bens Independent Grocer. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Ample car park and complimentary when you check out. As you enter the lobby, your nose will immediately pick up the smell of lemon grass in the air. Calming effect for me. And also known to keep away the mosquitoes. The staffs, including the security guards, are warm, friendly and very helpful. Nini, helped me with the check-in and DM Nelly upon check-out. The room, bathroom and kitchenette are clean and well maintained. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great.
