Reading the feedback, many people reported that the hotel policy was quite rigid and the staff were not very supportive, but when I experienced it, I found it completely different. I needed to stay the night of January 21 but mistakenly booked the room for February 21. When I came to get the room, I discovered the mistake. However, the staff helped me change the booking date and allowed me to check in immediately without paying any additional fees. I booked a top 0 universe room - a famous hotel room on Tiktok. The room is beautiful and spacious, very similar to the video but cheaper than the average price of Love Hotels in SG. The prices for drinks and instant noodles are also much cheaper than other hotels. The TV has a built-in Netflix account and good sound quality. The front of the hotel is quite easy to find, with many places to eat around. In general, the first time I ordered and read reviews on Google, I was a bit worried, but after experiencing it, I was very satisfied. I will come back more often ❤️

Bad experience. This is the second time I booked with go2joy. The check-in time was 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 9:45 p.m. and was asked to pay in advance and pay the price on go2joy. There was nothing to talk about until check out and asked me to pay an additional 100k early check in fee...? Why did I ask to pay in advance when I checked in and didn't let me know so I could pay? Instead I had to wait until I checked out to tell them and when I reported it, they said it was a new intern and then I forgot? The first time I arrived 10 to 15 minutes early and it was still okay. Never come back. Bye
