Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to main sites. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The staff is very nice and responsive. Hospitality is exceptional (like expected everywhere Turkey, to be fair). It is also worth noting that the hotel is very secure. The place I can easily recommend!

This was our first stay at this hotel. We booked here on the recommendation of our friend. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are quite spacious. It’s conveniently located near Taksim Square. Overall we were quite happy with our stay and the hospitality we received at the hotel. Most of the staff is nice and truly care to help their customers which is why I am giving two stars for service. However, on our last day, while my parents were checking out, there was a lady manager at the reception who was unnecessarily rude to my parents especially my mom. She made a comment about my mom’s makeup ruining the hotel towels as there were a few marks on them and that she could have charged them for damaging hotel property (towels). I was very surprised and confused when I heard this. She also mentioned that because she isn’t charging them, my parents should write a good positive review of the hotel to compensate. How can makeup ruin towels or hotel property? Who in their right mind would say this to a guest especially at checkout. We had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would have left as happy guests, had this incident not happened. Please train ALL your staff equally so that these incidents don’t happen.

It is my 3rd time to visit this hotel and every time I was totally satisfied about. All things you want from a 4 star hotel is here. Rooms are clean, food is excellent, staff are friendly and location very good. Highly recommended. Thank you ILHAN

I really liked this hotel because: 1. The finishing of the rooms and the furniture are very good. Also the rooms are clean and soundproofed. 2. The staff is friendly and helpful. 3. The location is great cause Taksim square is just 2 minutes away, and you can find a lot of mini markets around you. The breakfast is some how good. I gave it 4 stars just because I hope adding new dishes to the breakfast buffet. But all in all the hotel is clean, neat, and nice. Highly recommended 👍👍
