I stayed at the Cadorna apartment with a group of friends for a girl's weekend trip. It was fantastic! Danielle, our host, was super organized, prompt and very responsive. Hr even helped us organized our airport transfer for our departure, which was just ideal as our flight was leaving super early. The apartment was perfect for us: central location, close to Metro station and several bus lines and close to all the main atractions. Comfy beds, all the appliances we needed (the hair dryer was excellent!!). We couldn't have asked for more.

It was the worst experience in our many years of travel experience. This company has several apartments. We booked the one closest to Duomo di Milano. We arrived early and when we got to the apartment, the cleaners were there. This was not a problem for us. We said we would just leave our suitcases and go to lunch. When we came back, the cleaners were gone, we were able to go into the apartment. It turned out that this was not the apartment that was in the pictures on the booking. The apartment was much worse and very poorly cleaned. The floors were dirty with footprints, all the doors, handles and mirrors were stained. We took pictures of everything and wrote to the bokingsupport. In response we were contacted by the owner of the apartment and offered to send cleaners again. But we were not satisfied not only with the dirt, but also with the fact that it was a completely different apartment than we saw in the photo when we were booking. We said no. She said, ok no problem, I will give you your money back, just do not write a review. Booking confirmed us a free cancellation. In the end we couldn't get our money back for 4 months. We wrote to the hostess, we were contacted by some manager who was extremely rude. He said that we got our money back and that we should leave him alone and not interfere with their work. We asked him to send us confirmation that they had sent us the money. He just ignored us. In the end we did it for 4 months! And the money was returned to us by the booking company itself.

Very good experience & best location to stay in Milan. Super close to Duomo & in city center. Metro, tram & bus all very much within walking distance. The owner of our apartment had very well prepared our rooms with everything before our visit. Definitely will recommend it to everyone.

Awesome stay, perfect location and wonderful host. It is right in the center just 50m from duomo, always busy and probably safest area in milan. Several tram lines, M1-M2 metro at 10m distance. The apartment is on 6th floor, 2 mid size elevators and 1 service elevator available. It has a 2 person sofa-bed in living room, a double bed in bedroom, a furnished kitchen, A/C, toiletries in bathroom, laundry room and every kind of comfort. There is no staff on site but you can easily contact them by call or whatsapp. Daniel helped me with all the questions. Host is really kind and patience. Strongly recommended and hats off to the host.

We enjoyed our stay with Milan Retreats! The apartment was clean and it has laundry. They have the best shower amenities and the host were super accommodating. They even provided us with free luggage deposit for 7 days which makes the stay a super bargain as if you get luggage deposit elsewhere it will cost you a fortune! The place is super close to all the spots where you want to see so you also save on transportation fees!
