Everyone was so helpful and professional throughout the entirety of my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job with keeping my room tidy. The front desk staff helped me with a number of items, including locating my lost luggage, navigating the metro, using the business office, hailing a taxi, and helping my friend locate a healthcare clinic. Ahmed was wonderful each breakfast and went above and beyond to make my experience positive. He anticipated my needs, remembered my daily order, and made me feel welcomed each morning with his friendliness. He is a top-notch employee and deserves to be recognized as such! I felt safe walking alone and was able to access the metro with just a 15-min walk. The mall was just next door and it was easy to get the things I needed. Overall I had an excellent stay and recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast is excellent for vegetarians. If you're lucky to catch Cerena on duty, she will make sure you have all the nice breakfast goodies, outstanding service. The rooms are very comfy, nice to rest after a day of carrying shopping bags. The staff at reception could be nicer and more accommodating, but otherwise this hotel is a good option if a good sleep and breakfast is what you need. Taxis to anywhere from here is an hour, so be mindful of the traffic and plan accordingly. I had a very deep and restful sleep on a nice firm bed. Proximity to the Mall of the Emirates (5 minutes on foot) is a nice bonus, and Metro stations are close by (although we haven't used it yet). I would give this place 5 stars on all fronts if the reception staff were as friendly and helpful as everyone else.

I booked this hotel for a business meeting and to attend The Big 5 Dubai exhibition and I was truly impressed. Although this was not the first time I chose a hotel from this brand, the simplicity, beauty, and minimalism of the hotel really caught my attention. Everything was extremely clean, the breakfast was varied and enjoyable in the outdoor space, and the location was very convenient, just a few minutes away from the metro and Emirates Mall, with useful shops around the hotel, which made my tight schedule work out perfectly. There are some minor flaws in the hotel, such as the choice of decoration (which is subjective) and some of the reception staff not being very friendly, although most of them were welcoming and very helpful. It will definitely be one of my future choices.

They're all well entertained to their guests. The place is very cleaned and all the staffs are very accommodating. Begin your day with a sumptuous Buffet breakfast. I'm happy to meet Ms. Shilpa when I entered the restaurant , she's very calm, a happy person and very much helpful to me. I'm very much happy to recommend this hotel called Millennium AL Barsha.
