The price did not match the service given. On arrival reception were dealing with different queries at the same time which made check in longer. This was the longest check-in I ever experienced. The room was very tight and small. When walking in, the room smelt mouldy and old. There was also a lot of dust. In the bathroom the toilet handle was filthy and the toilet struggled to flush not to mention there being no ventilation in the bathroom whatsoever. The tap splat water everywhere when washing hands and the shower handles were delicate and felt like they were about to fall off. The cupboards for teas and coffee were also dusty like it had never been cleaned. The hotel lacks hygiene standards and could use a lot of maintenance. The price you are paying is only for the location, other than that the hotel is not worth your money

Disappointment!!! Trust the dozens of negative reviews about this hotel are all true !!!! 1st For five days we had no heating because when we turned it on the noise was like an airplane turbine 2nd One day they forgot to clean the room and excused that it was just the fault of the cleaning lady 3rd and most important ....When we visited our room in the afternoon we found several items that were not ours (shaving gel, cream cap etc) ... they replied that they would investigate but we did not get an answer Don't put your foot in it It's the worst thing I've encountered in my hundreds of trips. For the same money you can find excellent hotels with good service.

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff at the reception. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Clean rooms. The bar downstairs has amazing food. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. Have never had a bad experience.

I made a reservation through the Booking program and paid the full amount and confirmed the reservation from the hotel. After that, when I arrived at the hotels, I was surprised that the hotels canceled my reservation and asked me to make a new reservation and pay the value of the new reservation and to contact the administration of the Booking application and ask them to refund it. The amount I paid in advance and the reason is that the hotel did not receive it in full from the booking application. I contacted their application and after waiting three hours for the hotels to allow me to enter. I advise everyone to search for a better hotel than this, in addition to the poor services and the smallest room size. Here are the pictures.
