I am writing this review to inform you about my recent experience at this hotel. My husband and I arrived at the hotel excited to spend a few days exploring the beautiful city and enjoying the amenities at your hotel. However, we were greatly disappointed to be given a room that was located next to an ongoing renovation. The noise from the excavator and jackhammers outside our window was unbearable, and it made it impossible for us to relax and enjoy our stay at your hotel. We were surprised to find that the hotel did not even inform us of this fact. As a result, we informed the hotel that we would like to return our money and leave. The hotel management promised to refund us for our stay, which we greatly appreciated. However, to this day, we have not received any refund, and the hotel has not provided any explanation for this delay. As travelers who explore the world, we have never encountered such a situation before. We believe that it is only fair for the hotel to refund us the money which we paid for our stay at the hotel.

Our room is on the highest level with a spectacular view of the entire Cappadocia. The best is just before sunrise the whole landscape is filled with hot air balloons up until breakfast time. Really spectacular view. Room is 5 sta, as well as the staff. Breakfast with bread, pancakes and spreads. MENEMEN can be ordered as one of the egg choices. Since the bread speads are all sweet, plenty of bees share the breakfast.

This is such an aesthetic, beautiful cave hotel - we loved our room! It comes equipped with everything. We stayed in mid June - it was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast is probably one of the best I've had in all my travels. It is such an amazing spread. Lastly, the service is 10 stars. The gentleman at the reception is so kind and helpful. The hospitality we've received during our stay is outstanding!

Overall this hotel is beautiful - it has a great location, views and set-up. The complimentary breakfast was definitely the highlight! The dining area is beautiful and comfortable and most importantly, we were very impressed with the breakfast spread they put together. Everything was yummy - & for your "main" they give you a menu with some options. My friend and I stayed in a gorgeous room which had a large Jacuzzi tub, the beds were comfortable and I appreciated all the complimentary stuff - my hair really loved their shampoo, and I enjoyed the small chocolates 😂. Staff was super friendly and quick whenever we requested extra things like towels, water, and even random stuff like bath bombs. They give you some premium water in glass bottles, & that was the best water we had during our entire trip touring around Turkey. The hotel is fun to explore with multiple viewpoints and rooftops with swing and regular chairs. There is some construction underway in the area but not in all parts. The only real complaint I have is that the rooms are so hot! We kept adjusting the thermostat (heating is from the ground) but it still ended up being a sauna overnight so we couldn't sleep properly (it was hitting 29C!). Also the low lighting is intentional to set a cave vibe but we found it too dark - it would be nice to have a second set of lights that can be used when you require that extra lighting.
