Giving 5 stars because the staffs here are amazing ! The attention to detail and warmness made our trip even more memorable. The entrance of the hotel has a zen feel which we loved. Rooms are ok, as there was a smell in our room ( should be coming from the pantry or seating) but it is spacious and comfortable. Location is conveniently located near the train station. But all in all, we had a great stay here and the staffs even left a personal note for us which we were caught by surprise. Great service, and keep up the good work ! Definitely will come back next time !

The location of this service apartment is perfect. Shops, restaurants and transports are just around. The staff were nice. Our room looks like it was renovated recently, clean and decent size. My kids loved the bunk bed which is designed to be very cozy. Definitely recommend for family stay!👍

Stayed here with the family on the last leg of our Japan trip, we stayed for 3 nights. The front desk team staff is the best I have ever experienced at any hotel. We first met Hana when we checked in, she was very friendly and very helpful. Then we met Hailey, she was awesome too, she always had a great chat with my 7 yrs old son. There were a couple others too but didn’t get their names, had a quick hello when I went on my nighttime McDonald run. The hotel is in a great location, close to station and walking distance to Dotonbori area. Another great thing, the Aeon Food Market was just around the corner. Better than the family mart and 7-11 food at a comparable sometimes cheaper price. But taste way better then the neighborhood 7-11 or family mart. Checking out was surprised by the personalized hand written card from front desk team. For sure will recommend this service apartment to friends and family that will be going to the area. Will stay here again when we come back to Osaka. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

Want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the remarkable hotel environment and the outstanding service provided by the staff. The hotel is very new and modern. The room is very clean, and with everything ready inside. It is very suitable for a whole family to stay together. The staff are very nice and good in english. From the warm welcome during check-in, and every greeting when we come back to the hotel. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff Hailey! She is very cheerful and sincere which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you for your card and gave us a wonderful memory in Osaka! I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future!!
