Really cool feeling hotel - a sanctuary away from the city, while still having amenities and restaurants close by (walking distance). Rooms were good but lacked a quality finish - some of the rooms smelt damp and hot water went cold after 2-3 minutes. Staff were really friendly and helpful but felt like they lacked the level of service of the bigger hotels. Driver who picked us up from the airport was gold (works at the hotel). Super helpful, very friendly and started a great Google translate conversation! Very kid friendly place. They were always keen to talk to the kids and made them feel welcome and safe. Overall, enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the unique boutique quality of the hotel!

Overall I would have given the hotel a 4.8/5 stars! My family booked the studio rooms. Great service from all staff, breakfast buffet was good quality, the rooftop pool was nice, good location near shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. Minh boutique offered tours and airport pickup and drop off, the driver was so kind, patient and attentive! The lower rating is due to issues we had with the smell of the room (somewhat moldy? Or wet smell). But highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back :)

Little piece of heaven and a treasure find. Lobby was amazing, with big koi fishes and so much greenery. The room we booked had kitchen amenities. Just behind the hotel was a huge Korean mart so we bought some stuff and did some light cooking. Toilets were too small, so that was the only downside we found here. Overall, would recommend this hotel!

PLUS: - It's an upcoming neighborhood in Danang. - The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. It's better to be here than in one of the hotels on the beach. - Delicious restaurants nearby. The room (studio) is not large, but there is enough space to turn around. There is a kitchenette in the studio, which is convenient. And you get the standard toiletries. - The location The breakfast is diverse, and there is a staff. member who asks all guests what they would like to order from the menu. - The staff gives you a warm welcome, and you immediately feel at ease and at home. - It was great that we could get an early check-in. The check-in process was pleasant, and we were offered a lovely tea with a snack. LEARNING CURVES: - Some of the staff need to improve their English. This would make things much easier for both themselves and the guests. - The croissants aren't fluffy, so the chocolate croissant was even a bit hard and cold (it seemed like it was still a bit frozen). - During check-in, communication could be clearer (think about information on laundry, how to indicate when the room needs to be cleaned up - for example, we didn't know that outside the door, under the room number, there were "clean" and "do not disturb" signs. As a result, our room wasn't tidied up after the first night). - It's noisy. You can hear people talking. You should do something about it. MINUS: - There were many small flies attracted to the breakfast. Perhaps it would be a good idea to use warming trays. - The orange juice tasted very sour. Is it an idea to use other oranges? Cause everywhere where I drink orange juice without sugar and ice, it is sweet and tastes great. OVERALL: A very pleasant accommodation with comfortable beds. You get good value for your money. TIP: In the street, there is a restaurant called Le Rendez Vous, serving French cuisine. It's very good, affordable, and just a 3-minute walk from Minh Boutique.

The people make this place very special. Staff is super eager to help and bottled water is easily accessible. The lobby is stunning. Where this hotel falls apart is the rooms themselves. The roof is extremely low between the bed and the bathroom - a wretched place to have even a minor back injury. The floor has little lips to stub your toes. The bathroom has a frosted glass door but it’s not a room so you can hear everything. There are no side tables or outlets near the bed.
