Very pleasant experience. I am on a vacation and have a primary accommodation in Tokyo, though decided on finding a temporary accommodation in Kanazawa rather than cutting my trip short. The staff do not know much English but were efficient in addressing any of my concerns. Checking in and out of the hotel was very easy as well and could be completed without much guidance. The room itself was very aesthetic. I chose the Japanese style room which was spacious and had all that I could have needed for my overnight stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kanazawa.

Such a beautiful well maintained hotel. Very modern amenities and helpful, friendly staff. Luggage storage, close to bus stops and restaurants. Great value for money spent. Definitely recommend staying here, would say it was the nicest accommodation on our whole trip.

The room we stayed was way beyond our expectations. It's an apartment with a small kitchen, a washing machine and even a jacuzzi! It's very spacious and funky, such a luxury when traveling in Japan. The location is perfect. It's close to subway, and the Oyama Shrine and Kanazawa castle park are just a few minutes walk away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They recommended local ramen shops to us, and booked a taxi for us and even seeing us out on our departure. We had an amazing time in Minn Kanazawa and highly recommend it!

This is a self service hotel. Make sure you check in after 3 pm otherwise the system won’t recognize you as a registered guest. (which confused me a bit) There are free drinks (yes! draft Asahi beer) 4-6 pm. The laundry room on second floor is free but you need to pay ¥300 for detergent. The air conditioner wasn’t functioning well the second day and they allocated another room for us quickly. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
