Miracle hotel is the worst hotel in Addis!! I stayed at this hotel after seeing some reviews but I found it to be the worst hotel in addis, location is inaccessible, the room isn’t clean, no hot water at all, the stuff is unfriendly, no room service, this is the place where I had the worst breakfast in my life. Overall I don’t recommend it for anyone, for the price there are great hotels in the center in bole area. This hotel is very expensive for the service they provide

The rooms are so small for the price demanded you could find many other great places with similar price range. The receptionist was a nice and welcoming. Room service is terrible and very late. No menus at the room, the call center does know all the menus, no bottle of water in the room, late water heating system, noisy plumbing. Cheap soaps and a single towel. I would rate it 0 star if available.

For the last six years, I have always and really enjoyed my stay at Miracle Hotel twice a year and each time for almost one month. The staff members are very friendly and professional and the facilities are fine. Rooms confortable are cleaned daily and include a safe, a smart cable TV, and the Wi-Fi signal is good. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area that is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods, including fruit juice and eggs. The restaurant/room service is also very good and decently priced. Amazing and decent priced hotel as well as professionally oriented staff to serve you in the right away and whenever you need them. In this respect, I highly recommend this clean and calming atmosphere hotel. Thanks to everyone in particular to the owner and family members of Miracle Hotel who are most of the time present in supervising the daily work. Dr Dysane Dorani,
