Disappointing Experience and Poor Security I recently go for a swimming and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the main reasons for my disappointment was the lack of security and the unprofessional manner in which the staff handled the situation. During my stay, I used the swimming pool facilities and decided to utilize the locked lockers provided to safeguard my belongings. Shockingly, not only did I lose my money from the locker, but two other guests also reported the loss of their phones from their locked lockers. This incident clearly indicates a serious breach in the hotel's security protocols. When I reported the situation to the staff, I expected a prompt and helpful response. However, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of concern. The staff's unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior only added to my frustration. It is extremely disappointing when a hotel fails to take responsibility for the security of its guests' belongings and does not address the issue in a satisfactory manner. I strongly urge potential guests to consider this before choosing Momona Hotel. The lack of security measures and the unprofessional attitude of the staff make this establishment an unreliable choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

The rooms and the hotel would need to be freshened, it must have been a very good hotel few years ago. There are frequent but short electric shortage, That said it has all the basics and the price is very reasonable, so all together I would recommend it. Location is good close to restaurants and supermarkets. Reception and service staff are very friendly and helpful.
