Amazing staff who were very attentive. Both the breakfast and the dinner buffets offered enough selection and were always tasty. The room is large and the bed very comfortable but we never had enough toilet paper and there were no tissues in the room either. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained but you cannot walk to town.

This is the hotel where you get Majestic view when you enter the reception itself. For the beautiful weather of Nuwara Elia, this hotel gives a different feel. Staff is very courteous people. It looks like this once belonged to the first prime minister of Srilanka who used this for vacation. Everything maintained well. Though food options in buffet are limited the taste was nice. Krishnan a Waiter took care of us well. Even the manager was very friendly. In would recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel is at the beautiful location, very well maintained, surrounding is very clean well maintained. The garden is beautiful. The food was good. The staff is very kind and helpful.
