Room was comfortable, staff were fantastic and super helpful, particularly with check in / out and helping us luggage forward. We also liked that the hotel is right above a train station! The area gets a bit more quiet at night but it’s nice as a base if you’d like to stay somewhere less hectic.

My family and I stayed in the hotel for four nights. Everything about the hotel is great - location, cleaness, service, breakfast, etc. I left my belongings in the hotel and found it out when I have already left Tokyo. The staff were so patient in helping me find my lost belongings and helped me deliver it to my Japanese friend. I am so appreciative of their help and highly recommend their service!

This hotel is the perfect location. Tokyo Metro is walking distance (3 minutes walk). There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and included everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and helped us with making reservations and getting us a taxi on our way to the airport. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Very good hotel with an excellent location. All staff were gentle with us, all the time. We haven’t tried the bar, but we did try the restaurant for breakfast. Great experience. They serve a buffet with both japanese and western cuisine. A bit expensive, but worth it. The onsen was amazing. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. As already mentioned, excellent location! Just 50 m from the closest metro station and 100 m from the nearest train station. I would rate 4.5, but since that was not possible, I gave a 4 because of the room. They were a bit dark and small, but very clean though. I am aware that hotel rooms in Tokyo can be quite small, but it was very tight for two persons with three large luggage pieces. Anyway, I can definitely recommend it.

Due to an inspection of the electrical equipment, the entire hotel will experience a power outage. As a result, the hotel will be closed and the operating hours of hotel facilities will be changed as follows: Date and Time: January 25, 2026 (Sunday), 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (scheduled).

Restaurant: - Nihonbashi Asada: Open for breakfast only; closed for lunch and dinner.

Nihonbashi Asada will reopen for dinner from January 26.
