I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was polite as can be and very helpful. It was my first time visiting the country, Omar helped make it very pleasant and enjoyable; along with Birant. They were both very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for your hospitality and wish to come again soon.

Forever Grateful to everyone who helped me and looked after me here during my stay in July of 2022. The rooms were clean, and the staff were so helpful and caring towards me, I was so impressed. I had Surgery and needed help and assistance at times, they were all more than happy to help and support me, I felt so safe and supported. The food is wonderful here too. Was such a lovely experience, sending so much love to you all, Thank you. ❤️

If you are going to Istanbul alone for surgery, then I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Anything I requested was arranged for me and nothing was too much for them. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was a good breakfast provided. Yes, the hotel itself is a little tired but with all the positives to this hotel, it was very easy to overlook this, in my opinion. My surgery left me very unwell for part of my stay and without the friendly, helpful and caring assistance of all the staff here, it would have been a pretty awful experience. Thank you Modus!
