Fantastic experience. Checked in by Davide, very kind and professional, I asked for a quiet room and was given exactly what I asked not to mention room was huge! Service was excellent, detailed, courteous. The hotel is beautiful and located in downtown, 2 min walking distance from Duomo. I would definetely recommend it.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, allowing easy walking access to the Duomo of Milan. However, it exhibits signs of aging, particularly evident in its petite elevator. A renovation could significantly enhance its overall appearance. Our booked room, designed for three occupants, proved spacious and included amenities such as a bathtub, bidet, and a hairdryer (although the latter didn't function optimally). One drawback is the significant noise disturbance at night, primarily caused by the streetcar passing adjacent to the hotel. Regrettably, the most concerning aspect is the demeanor of the staff. The receptionist, in particular, displayed rudeness, even going so far as to throw things, leaving an unfavorable impression. This behavior appears to be a regional issue, with a perceived general trend of arrogance and rudeness. A recommendation would be for staff in customer service roles to undergo training to ensure better treatment of guests.

Beds are too small and hard to sleep on. No room service or any of those simple services. Reception closes by 11 pm, so you are on your own by that time until morning. The location is good and close to everything.

I wish that I could give 0 stars. The General Manager mocks his guests and the hotel is FILTHY. Upon arriving, the whole room smelled like cigarettes on a non-smoking floor. Then there were ants all over the bathroom and bedroom. They didn't want to switch us to another room, instead they wanted to spray a harsh spray and make us stay. They finally switched our room and the next room, the shower didn't work for 24 hours. The entire drain was clogged and when they cleared it they left the dirty towels they used to clean it on the floor and the WHOLE ROOM smelled like SEWAGE. We had to ask for house keeping to come, which they replied they're not here anymore and gave us sheets to put on ourselves. The sheets were DIRTY with what looked like DRIED BLOOD. this is NOT a 4 start hotel. It is barely a 1 star. Run FAR AWAY. You're better off staying at the UNA around the corner.
