Really great resort overall. Every restaurant had wonderful food and service. Golf cart on resort transportation. Nice amenities. Property was clean and well cared for. One warning though - I highly suggest you not attend the 90 minute meeting to discuss their membership. They’ll offer you money to use at the resort but the meeting lasts for three hours and is a very high pressure sales pitch.

This was my second time there and I'll be back again next month. The service is above and beyond. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. I love the giant double Jacuzzi tub and all the views are nice. The Grand has the best variety of restaurants out of the three resorts there. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. There are golf carts that show up frequently to shuttle you around. So many pools to choose from and the spa was superb. I just wish there were more adult only activities on site, at no extra cost. The beach is underutilized.

Very nice resort which I would rate a 5. Very clean and hotel staff (not including sales team) is very friendly. Food is great. Each pool is a different experience. I dislike how the treat people differently based on membership (special seating at theater, different golf carts). Do not go to the membership sales meeting. A bunch of high pressure sales and lies. If you sign and regret it, do your research on canceling within the period allowed by law even if they tell you that you can't. Don't get roped into the sales on your checkout. It is another high pressure sales tactic. For this reason, it brings the resort down to a 2 star.

The hotel is nice and we didn't have any issues getting into restaurants. Room service takes time but if you plan it isn't bad. What makes this a five star stay for me is how amazing the staff at the Grand Water Park are, especially Andre! He has been so kind and fun to my son all week! Seeing my kid so happy and having so many activities planned for him including face painting and water gun fights makes the vacation really special. I would recommend bringing a stroller as there are some long walks. No place is perfect but the staff here do everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Had better experience at other all-inclusive resorts. Exhausted from a long fight, we still have to stand and wait for an hour for the free shuttle services. The main attraction was the huge but always crowded water park. If you arrive past 9:00 AM, your family will have a hard time finding a lounge chairs to rest and watch your kids. You can’t use the cabanas because they want you to pay for premium membership first to enjoy it. They quickly ran out of towels every single day we visited the place. The line at the bar is as long as the long as the lazy river. If you want to dine at fine restaurants, you have to book 3 days in advance or left with no choice but to go without meals or to eat at irregular times! Lines at other restaurants are horrendous too. Some of the server at the outdoor restaurant have an attitude because some guests didn’t leave tips. Most of food at the Italian pace are a salty. Don’t try to order room service as your food will be cold by the time it arrives to your room. Place is over booked, under staffed and over capacity. They want you to check out 2 hours before standard check out time because there’s a long line and you might miss your shuttle going to the airport.
