Too expensive for what they offer. The rooms are small, the hotel is located on a highly trafficked street in Naples, resulting in incessant noise throughout the day and the night. the staff was unprofessional and impolite. They seemed more interested in extracting money from guests than in accommodating their needs or addressing concerns. It's disappointing to encounter such a blatant disregard for customer service. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel

In this structure you either book a suite or you will find yourself in a niche! If two people have to pass in front of the bed, one must enter the bathroom to leave the way! We were sent here for an "alleged" plumbing problem in the B&B Chiaia 32 (which we pretended to believe since we then had no response) expected the same treatment given that the price was also the same. I would like to point out that we have been customers for years

Room very small. And be careful if you arrive after 7pm, my plane was delayed and they will not guarantee you to keep your booking (of course you pay extras!) Luckylly I was with Italian friends, and they managed to negotiate for me. Small room. Be careful if you arrive after 7 p.m., my plane was late and I almost lost my reservation (obviously you will have to pay extra). Fortunately I was with Italian friends who helped me.

We stayed at the Morelli Suite for four days on horseback over the Neapolitan New Year and it was a wonderful experience! Fabio, the other girl and the other boy who work at Morelli are very kind and very helpful. The cleanliness is impeccable! Breakfast is served directly in the room with a trolley and for me, who had reported celiac disease, there were also biscuits and croissants, as well as obviously fruit and everything else: the night before you fill out the order with everything you want and the time slot to be woken up with breakfast in your room 😍 the location is strategic because you are in a beautiful area renowned for shopping, a stone's throw from the seafront and a few minutes from Piazza del Plebiscito. The area is also recommended if you want to go out and have fun in the evening because Chiaia is full of typical trattorias and evening clubs for young people. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! 👍🏻💖👌🏻💝✌🏼
