I am writing this review on 10th of November 2023. Right now I am staying in this hotel room number 432 , first of all, rooms are very dark and gloomy. Reception area is very hot as they don't have working air conditioner. If you are Indian and if you are vegetarian then you are going to have a very difficult time here . They don't have any options for breakfast for vegetarian. Since last 3 days I am having just bread and butter in my breakfast. They do serve boiled potato but sometimes they are very raw. In spite of telling them so many times that please make some breakfast options for vegetarian, the hotel staff is not helping us with anything. Also this hotel is situated on the mountain area, because of this the local transport is also very costly if you want to travel. This hotel badly needs renovation. And some good lighting inside the rooms. If you are vegetarian, then don't go for this hotel at all ... You will end up regretting coming here

Good hotel compared to price. It cost me 700 THB for 1 day including breakfast. Very near from cosy beach walking distance of just 5 minutes. Seven-Eleven is just Infront of hotel. Swimming pool is good and breakfast was also good both days. Specially if you are pure veg. Huge options for non veg. SUGGESTIONS - Please change the lift and install telephone to communicate with other room and reception area. Overall experience was good.

Our room was big. They had an old Air cooler that took 15 mins to cool the room. The location is great with a slew of restaurants opp to it. The lobby has a snooker table, PS4, open seating, a pool, etc for leisure. The Restaurant has good food. For Indians: you can ask the restaurant manager a day prior to tag the vegetarian food separately because otherwise you will be lost - there was no veg / mom veg demarcation. Overall a great place to stay. Koh larn is close at a walking distance

Dark, gloomy, unhygenic rooms with unprofessional staff. I stayed here with my family, kid & wife, for 2 nights, i.e. 30th Oct to 1st Nov. I was given room no.515 on 5th floor. We reached the room passing a long dark gallery(due to un functional lights). The gallery to room itself gave us chillz but the room was worst, when we opened the door a pungent smell had infested the room as if the room had not been cleaned for months. Besides that the interior of the room was dark and old. No proper lighting and uneasy atmosphere made me and my wife to seek for another room. We just wanted to get out this gloomy room asap. I went down and asked for another room. The staff, who barely gave an eye contact to us right from the checkin and potrayed as if they have more important work than attending customers, murmered among themselves and gave us another key, room no.458. We quickly shifted to the new room which was less gloomy and had no smell issue but the bed sheets did give us all skin rashes which we found later post checkout. So relieved after checking out this hotel. My recommendation a big NO, Never.

The Indian area manager is very helpful, and the newly joined Russian girl "Vlada" is a very helpful person as well; the great points are for them. The hotel needs a massive renovation work. Rooms are big, but the amenities are in bad condition. They have 5 stars if they make good renovations. Instructions should be there for using the swimming where guests should not spit inside the pool 🙄 😒 😑
