Great location, lots to eat nearby within walking distance, great staff and service, strong wifi, and very safe for solo travelers. Spacious room, quiet, and decent breakfast which included coffee, juice, tea, eggs, sausage, and bacon along with different pastries, bread, and cheese. Would stay again. Laundry service was excellent as well, same day service.

Our room was very spacious for our family (triple queen beds). Our room was cleaned everyday. We always received attentive and friendly service around all the common areas. The pool was very warm and deep (we visited during winter). The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. The wifi was fast and worked well. The hotel in general is older but was very clean. The location is fantastic! Close to the metro, various tourist attractions and restaurants! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value!

I was very disappointed in the service, cleanliness, and honesty. The breakfast was ok, but the pastries were old and hard. The one time I asked if I could take coffee to the room they asked why and if it was necessary. I asked for an iron and after an hour called them back, I was told (well you weren't there). Attention to detail, I asked for the iron to be left outside because I was getting in the shower. The rooms are in need of a lot of upgrades. The light fixture in our room was half off the wall and about to fall off. The shower head kept falling off the stand. The room had a very unpleasant smell ( so much that I had to wash even my clean clothes I did not wear while in there. When you ask the front desk for a taxi, they don't care who they call, you will get someone who will charge you 3 times the amount a regular taxi driver you waved down on your own. I was given a room with 3 beds because they had nothing else available and refused to move me to a room with one bed throughout my stay. They did however charge me the large amount they charge you when you stay in a room with 3 beds. They don't like American's, that was very clear. "SANTIAGO/CHILE" YOU ARE NOT A MILITARY BASE!!!
