Decent Hotel at a great location. Only drawback of this location is that it is not on the main road, slightly inside. The rooms were clean and Bathroom was good enough. The airconditioner opening was little bit dirty.

The receptionist's attitude was very bad, she held our passports for an hour, she forced us to go up to the room without our passports. The room had no water, no glasses, the air conditioning did not work. The bathroom ceiling humid dropping water. We called to get a kettle, they told us yes and they didn't give it to us. The only one who was helpful and very respectful was the guy who helped us with our luggage at the entrance.

Hotel is good in terms of cleanliness and quality of interiors in the room are same as shown in web-site. However a couple of red flags in the following areas:- 1) was promised a double bed room when I did the booking but was given a small single bed room. Charge was paid for double bed room. 2) on arrival welcome drink was not given, was again promised on web site.. 3) Cable TV did not work during the entire duration of my stay. Was promised the same would be working at the time of booking.
