We recently stayed at this charming hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond, being incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Despite our late-night arrival, they promptly checked in on us and showed remarkable understanding. The flat apartments were well equipped, clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this place to both family and friends, especially considering its family-friendly ambiance. The location was another highlight, just a few minutes away from the beach and conveniently serviced by regular buses, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!

Rooms are spacious and great. However, heater was not working in the room which could be an issue if weather is too cold. Fortunately the weather was tame during winter so we could sleep in OK. The drainage in the toilet may have some issue as we experienced foul drain smell during our stay, but it was manageable. Breakfast that came with the hotel was great. Location near duden waterfall. Strongly recommended if you drive.

Really friendly staff and easy check in, cute apartment with lots of thing thought of, like bottle of water and washing powder. Its a very small bedroom, but lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and served in next door hotel. Only problem we had was the noise from the neighbouring residential blocks. With dogs barking throughout the night, then gardener cutting the grass just when dogs stopped. Glad to leave to get some sleep. A little remote but we had a car.
