Room are great. We had duplex with pool view. Very clean room, comfortable bed and bathroom was also perfect. Can't fault the rooms, hotel or pool. Rooms cleaned every two days with new towels and bedding. Breakfast wasn't great otherwise it would be 5 star, that was the only let down. Wasn't a great selection of food for someone from Ireland. Location isn't great and I wouldn't have stayed here if I wasn't renting a car. Having a car gave us the freedom to travel anywhere. Without it we would have been stranded at the hotel which is far away from any shops beaches and the city. Luckily the hotel also has a car rental company called RentUsCar who were brilliant with new clean car and very fair price. Would recommend.

This place is located away from the city and closer to the beach and the airport, that makes it a perfect location for a peaceful holiday. The staff predominantly in their early twenties, friendly cheerful and always happy to help, however there are issue with the level of english that most of them speak, this is abundantly made up for their warm attitude. The breakfast has limited choices but the service is excellent, housekeeping could be improved, there is a strong smell of the floor disinfectant that lingers across. Overall its a great place to spend a few days, and my time here was quite enjoyable, Definitely would recommend and revisit this place.

*** Please Read Before You Make a Booking! *** DO NOT BOOK A ROOM VIA THEIR WEBSITE, The website allows you to make a booking in either Pounds, Euros or Turkish Lira's. I made my reservation in Pounds and had this on email apparently they receive the booking in Euros on their system and once you get there they end up charging you in Lira's this meant we lost a just under 1000 liras (990). I offered to resolve this by paying in pounds or asked them to refund the transaction and allow me to pay in euros and they couldn't do it. First they promised me they would resolve it during my stay then the day after I left as I was checking out, I left them for a week and they still didn't sort it out they said hello to me on WhatsApp after a week and said they would tell me once they have managed to sort it but its been over two weeks I'm not going to chase them but why say you are sorting it out on 3 separate occasions if you are not going to bother, luckily we only stayed 3 days and moved to another hotel closer to central Antalya. There was another two British gents who was also having a problem with the price as we were checking out so doesn't seem like we were the only ones. ONLY RECOMMEND BOOKING IF YOU PLAN TO NOT LEAVE THE HOTEL its too far from central Antalya to keep going back and forth and there are nicer places who are honest and it means you do not have to kill your time on journeys. The only helpful person was Sude or Sule in reception who understood the problem right away and I do believe she tried to sort the matter out but it didn't working. It's more the principal rather than the amount ... why promise something which you aren't going to do?

We've stayed at the Veranda suites for 5 nights. Suits are spacious with balconies but bed linean outdated, very large and nice pool, restaurant on site. Location is good for the Lara beach area but far from the old city. Staff helpful and kind. Two major issues to consider: First, wifi hardly works and gets stuck all the time. It was really frustrating. Second, we could not have a descent shower because the hot water comes and goes all the time. Another small issue is that breakfast, although very good, is the exact same every morning. A bit more variety would be appreciated.
