Very good hotel. Check-In and Check out is very easy. But there’s a city tax that you will have to pay in order for when you gonna stay over night. 200yen/person/night. The room is cozy, nicely clean and bathroom is good too. Got a spot and lock for you to stores your luggage while you go out exploring the city. Location is also very good close to train stations and Nijō Castle is in a walking distance. Highly recommended

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, reveling in the brand-new facilities and the spacious, tastefully furnished room. The bathroom surpassed my expectations in size, contributing to an overall comfortable experience. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness, always ready with immediate assistance, were commendable. However, I must highlight a couple of minor inconveniences. Firstly, my room's location at the far back, coupled with the absence of a phone in the room, made it challenging to connect to the hotel's WiFi. Secondly, the proximity to the laundry area brought some noise issues, especially late at night when guests were waiting for their laundry. While I understand that conversations may occur, I hope future guests can be mindful of quiet hours. Despite these minor hiccups, the positive aspects of my stay, including the welcoming environment and the staff's friendly and professional demeanor, left a lasting impression. Thank you for providing a memorable experience!

Extremely clean and straightforward hotel for its price. When we came in, there were two long lock bars for the luggage, which allowed us to leave the luggage here and then explore if we were too early. The best part is that the door was passcode locked and hence safer. When we checked in, there was a self-check in and the staff came nearby to help us if necessary. The staff were friendly and guided us for different aspects when necessary. Hotel room wise was M for Minimalist, very spacious with the minimalist and necessary items for a good hotel. Bed is also very comfy. Nearby was an entire shopping street, with various options for food and clothes! Quite some distance like 5-10mins from the nearest train stations though. One issue was the laundry, not enough baskets to store laundry and only two machines. When there was someone using it, we had to go to the nearest laundry, google search: “coin laundry” 3minutes away. If you are expecting many facilities, likely also not the place. The toilets are only accessible to those with rooms so once you checked out, you do not have access to toilets. They do provide basic things like comb, toothbrush and razors. All in all, I think great hotel for its price and way better than I expected.

I’ve been staying in This hotel for 4 days, it is very clean and with semi-self check-in, check-out system. Good: - clean and tidy, room service occurs every 3 DAYS - location is okay, only 10 min to metro and JR station. Bad: - (Very bad) the Wifi in this hotel is very weak, always disconnect and it almost equals to no Wifi. This shouldn’t be happening, but you should know before booking!!! Service: - cleaning staff are all VERY nice and helpful, they should get a raise for that.
