This hostel is good, yet they need to qualify their employees specifically in english language. The location is a bit far from general transportation, and so far from tourist destinations. The good thing in it is the spa, and you can find it anywhere.

I want to share my experience in the Spa not the hotel part because I didn't try it. This is my second time going for massage in this Spa center and the first time was good and I enjoyed it giving it 5 stars. This time unfortunately I'll need to change it to 4 stars because of the reception, the reception girl didn't have good English language, I came to take the Anti-stress Massage which costs 550TL, she told me that I can have a package with Souna for 700 TL, I said okay I accept and went with them, the problem is that they charged me 700TL for Tai Massage which was tough and I didn't like it, and then when I finished she said you paid for Tai Massage which I didn't. This is why I advice you not to change whatever the receptionist says because you'll pay for something you don't want. The changing room for men is good and they put all of those products there, this is a good add-on from last time.

I go there for a night,but i stay 3 night Price is normal but my room has very good bed and it was big,I expected less but i see its good(its not 5 star hotel but its good)and its has a good breakfast(free)

I am astonished. Out of every hotel I have been to in Turkey, this has been the worst one yet. The customer service is terrible. I asked for them to clean my guests and I’s room and although they cleaned mine, they did NOT clean my guests room. The receptionist is extremely rude and would greet everyone with a frown. The Spa is okay, the workers there are sweet and kind. The breakfast is good as well. But everything else is so bad. This place NOT worth your money.
