This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Our stay there was amazing. From the welcome drinks, the comfy beds, the breakfast buffet, the city view from the room to the warm smiles of the le staff, everything was just beyond great. But what made the stay just perfect is truly the personal working in the hotel. Everyone was so nice and kind. Small gestures like preparing a lunchbox the day we left the hotel because we were going to miss the breakfast as our flight was super early truly show how they make every customer feels like a king. Would definitely book a room there again whenever I come back to Istanbul. Highly highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The hotel rooms were outstanding, providing both comfort and luxury. The restaurants on the premises also exceeded my expectations, offering an array of delicious dining options. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It’s impossible for me to single out one outstanding staff member because they all made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and dedication to guest service were truly remarkable. I can’t wait to return to this hotel and experience their hospitality again Also you cannot beat the location.

I stayed at Mula hotel for 4 nights. The hotel itself is very central and commuting to the major tourist attractions is easy. Our stay at Mula was comfortable. However I feel the hype regarding the breakfast is not true. I usually would order two dishes from the Alacarte menu, and the waiter would bring both together I had no choice but to eat the either cold. The breakfast selection can be made better. Atleast fresh baked breads. I’ve stayed at 4 stars in Istanbul and yet the breakfast was like a sultans feast. There’s definitely room for improvement. The in room dining selection can also be made better. Staff was very nice and very polite. Bedroom was comfortable. We stayed in the prestigious suite, but no special treatment, 2 out of 4 days we got two bottles of water and the other days just one. Tissue paper was not refilled. Overall it was not a bad stay but there’s room for improvement.

The hotel is not as good as the review said, indeed quite unprofessional and overrated. My friend booked a room for 3 nights for both of us but she couldn’t travelled there for the last minute. She tried to get a refund and changed my name as the booking guest but in vain, so she put my name as the second guest as instructed by the hotel. I went there on my own, I arrived late at night, the hotel wouldnt let me check in. I asked why since my name is officially listed as the second guest and I asked the staff to show an official terms and conditions on why a guest cannot check in. They were very rude and unhelpful, they gave me no reasonable explanation nor official terms and conditions, their attitudes are also very bad, when I asked to speak with the manager, they refused and said manager is already off work. It’s late at night and it’s freezing out there, the hotel just wouldnt let me stay, and the most ironic part is they asked me to pay again (for something that I had already paid for). I had to book another hotel to spend the night and would have to call the police to settle the issue. When I was waiting at the lobby to settle the issue, I overheard another guest complaining about not getting the same type/level of room as his booking. This is an extremely bad experience, I had so much expectation on this hotel based on the reviews, but in reality it’s entirely the opposite. Pls think twice before you make a booking, don’t want anyone to experience what I had gone through.

We stayed in many 5* hotels in Istanbul but this boutique hotel topped them all. Great location (10 minutes by foot from everywhere), stunning views, spacious apartments (we stayed in 112) with large terrace, super nice and attentive staff. All personnel go extra mile to make you feel royal. Little things like present at check out and traditional goodbye ceremony with poured water really made a difference. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
